What could possibly be better than getting to photograph a pug? Well how about three?!

That’s exactly what I got to do back in May when I met Rupert, Poppy & Delilah – and believe it or not, they’re actually just a small part of a much bigger family of seven dogs (that’s six pugs and a Jack Russell)!! I could barely contain my excitement and when I finally got to meet them, it quickly became clear that these little guys meant serious business!

Rupert is a little star and established show dog, as you can see from his natural flair for posing – but that didn’t stop him from letting loose and getting a bit goofy for some action shots! His half-sister Delilah isn’t far behind him, and is also getting to grips with the show ring – she took things a little more seriously and maintained a very graceful air throughout our session, happily striking a pose here and there. Her mum Poppy is just laid back and about as easy going as they come – which made posing for photos a very pleasant experience for everyone involved (although we did get through quite a lot of cheese in the process!).

So here are some of the highlights from their session for you to enjoy, wrinkles and all!
